A line-by-line proposal, sent as PDF. Three to six pages depending on tier.
Your timeline
No pressure to decide on the spot. Most owners take a week or two to compare with other firms.
2–4 weeks after sign-off
We schedule the build window once permits are in hand and the unit is ready.
