Yes. Tell us the flat type and roughly what you want done and we will talk you through the likely shape of the number, and what would move it, before anyone visits. The first conversation and first consultation are both complimentary.

Q: How is my real number reached?

The quote is built row by row from your flat and your scope: carpentry, tiling, electrical, painting and so on.

Q: Can the final figure change later?

Only if the scope changes - a room added, or a costlier finish chosen. The new row is shown before any work begins.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. The first conversation and the first proper consultation are both complimentary. You can ask about price, scope and timeline before committing to a site visit.

Why is there no price list on this page?

Because a published figure is almost never the figure you would pay. Cost turns on the flat, its condition and the scope you choose, so a headline number tends to mislead in one direction or the other. What we do commit to is an itemised quote you can read row by row, with nothing folded into a lump sum.
