The build4–8 weeks

    Material selection

    Flooring, wall finishes, lighting and hardware confirmed.

  2. 08

    Contract & permits

    Deposit, contract signing, HDB or condominium approvals.

  3. 09

    Demolition & wet works

    Hacking, masonry, plumbing and waterproofing.

  4. 10

    Carpentry & finishing

    Built-ins installed; tiling, painting and lighting completed.

  5. 11

    Inspection & rectification

    Two joint walk-throughs; defects resolved before handover.

Afterhandover
  1. 12

    Handover & warranty

    Keys handed over, backed by a twelve-month workmanship warranty.

Worth knowing
  • Quotations are revised only when the scope changes, and every revision is shown before work proceeds.
  • Certain materials carry lead times of several weeks; these are factored into the schedule.
  • Some weeks show little visible progress while waterproofing and curing complete.
  • Mid-project revisions to finishes are common and accommodated.
  • Final detailing and rectification typically take the longest.
